Ejector scrubber for a specialty gases filling station

Typical ejector scrubber for a cylinder filling station for corrosive and poisonous gases such as Ammonia, Chlorine, Hydrogen Sulphide, Hydrogen Chloride, Methyl Mercaptan, Phosgene, Ethylene Oxide, Methylamines and others. Gas cylinders that return from customers are connected to this scrubber, and the rest gases (in liquid or gaseous form) are removed. The scrubber immediately generates a vacuum in the cylinder, so that a vacuum pump is no longer needed.

4 safety protections prevent the scrubber liquid from being sucked back into the cylinder. Depending on the number of ejectors, 3 to 8 cylinders can be treated together. Cross contamination from one cylinder to another is excluded, the operator can connect and disconnect cylinders at will, without any influence on other cylinders connected to the system.
